Living in Westborough MA, I am active in varying degrees in Crossfit. That led to an interest in Olympic lifting. I met Ben at a Crossfit Box where he was coach.

After a pause with Crossfit, I reached out to Ben for Oly coaching. This was beginning of 2020 ... Beside Oly I add also CrossFit, Calisthenics, Running, rowing and such elements to my weekly routine.
