In an effort to bring awareness to the online programs I offer I wanted to go into a detail on each one to explain what it is and why someone may choose to do each. I have also always wanted to offer an affordable workout program that would have minimal barrier to entry.
What is the Team Training Program?
To start off I will be talking about the Team Training Program. This is something I have never offered before until now. The team training program is a 6-day a week program delivered to you through an app. Each workout can be done in 30-minutes or less. Workouts are short and quick but meant to be done at high intensity. Most all workouts can be done with equipment found at most gyms. Each day you are provided with a warm up and detailed description of the goal of the workout. In that description there are alternatives provided for each movement if you don't have access to a certain piece of equipment or can't do a movement for any reason.
To Summarize
-6 days a week of workouts
-30 minutes or less each day
-Minimal equipment needed
-Workouts delivered through an app
-Facebook group access
The App
The app allows you to log and track your workout results. It also offers a leaderboard for those that want to get their competitive juices flowing or even just are looking for a community to be a part of.
Facebook Group
You will also have access to a Facebook group. The purpose of the Facebook group is to be able to interact with other members that are following the program but also be able to get coaching (by posting video) or ask any questions you may have.
Pricing
The price for this team is $49.99 per month. Now until January 1st you can get your first 3 months for $19.99 per month.
Who is this for?
This program could be done as a stand alone program for someone who has a home gym or goes to a gym but doesn't know what to do. This program would also be great for someone who travels often as a lot of the workouts require nothing more than a pair of dumbbells. In addition if you have a busy life and are looking to get fit with minimal time this is the program for you! This is a great program for someone with experience with functional fitness.

Warm Up
Worlds Greatest Stretch x 3 each side
Inchworm x5
Rocking Hip Flexor Stretch x 30 seconds Per Side
2 Rounds of:
10 Glute Bridges
10 Push Ups
30 Seconds of Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds Complete:
200m Run
20 Jumping Lunges
AMRAP Burpees in the remaining time of the 3 minutes
* There would also be a detailed description of the goal of the workout.
