Led by expert fitness coach Ben Gabriel, these high-energy training experiences are designed to keep you motivated and inspired to achieve your goals.

Semi-Private Training includes:

  • Joining a community of like-minded individuals

In Semi-Private Training, you'll receive the personalized attention of a 1-on-1 session with the feel of a group class. Each semi-private session has a maximum of five people, allowing Coach Ben to give each person the attention they need. Whether you need to find an appropriate substitution for an exercise or you just need a little extra push, Coach Ben will be able to support and assist you.

 

You will also enjoy camaraderie by participating in a semi-private session. It's proven that exercising with other people boosts your motivation. Meet new people from Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas who will become your friends inside and outside of the gym!
